Pet Policy

  • There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet.
  • An additional non-refundable fee of $150 applies for the second pet.
  • Pet rent is $25 per month per pet.
  • A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per home.
  • Restrictions apply.
